Creating your custom handwriting ornament involves a few essential steps to ensure the best results. Please read through our process guidelines to understand how we’ll work together:

Design Submission: Submit a clear photo of the handwriting sample. For the best outcome, the handwriting should be in dark-colored ink on light-colored paper—black felt tip on white printer paper works best.

Timeline: Once your design is submitted, please allow up to 30 days for completion. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.

Creative Discretion: The final design, including modifications for the laser-cut pattern, is at my discretion to maintain the integrity and aesthetic of the handwriting.

Ownership & Storage: While I retain ownership of the final design, I’ll securely store it, allowing you to order additional custom pieces in the future if desired.

Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized nature of this item, all custom ornament orders are non-refundable.
Order processing times are 3-5 days. All domestic orders are shipped USPS and will come with tracking. Custom orders have a processing time of 30 days (see Details tab for more details)
